Salary: €90,000-110,000

Reperio are working with a large fintech company who are seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join their ever-expanding team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing developing and deploying scalable ML models in production environments. You will lead the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data preparation, model, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering, data science, or applied machine learning roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design)
• Experience with ML Ops tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, MLflow, Docker/Kubernetes)
• Proven track record of deploying ML models into production
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LLMs, deep learning, or NLP systems
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)
